Sahar Madddah is a compassionate, down-to-earth person. She was a fourth-grade teacher for 10 years and a principal for two. Her classroom was always a safe space for her students where they felt loved and heard. She always prided herself on being a champion of their education and an advocate of their needs. After growing her own family and moving to Cleveland, Sahar was excited to grow into her passion for real estate where her skills in advocating for family needs has been an excellent asset.
Sahar was born in Buffalo, N.Y. and has lived in Louisville, Ky. and New Albany, Ind. before finally settling down in Cleveland. She is very familiar with the intricacies of relocating to a new city. Sahar is by nature a researcher, she will make sure that the process of buying and/or selling your home is done with care, meticulous efficiency, and compassion from start to finish. From budgeting, to relentless market analysis, to staging your home, to guiding you through the lending process, to the final close of the deal on your new home; Sahar will be your guide and advocate.
Sahar lives in South Euclid with her husband, two daughters, and their Goldendoodle Luna. She enjoys exploring the many parks and nature reservations around the city and is always looking for local family friendly adventures. A self-labeled bookworm, she also enjoys quiet evenings with a good fantasy book and a hot cup of coffee. Sahar has grown to love all that Cleveland has to offer more and more each day, and is so proud to be part of such a wonderfully diverse and welcoming community of people.
